The wallbox charger has a protection level of IP54 and is available outdoors with an RFID billing system. The Movable Charger has a protection level of IP43 and is not recommended for outdoor use during rainy days.

We provide a 12-month warranty. During this period, we offer technical support and free replacement parts, while customers handle the delivery costs.
What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we require T/T 50% as a deposit and the remaining 50% before delivery. We provide photos of products and packages before final payment.
